We know that finding the right house for rent is very important to your lifestyle and we want to help you find the right CDA rental for you. For this reason, we take care to represent clean, well maintained houses and condos for rent, many pet-friendly.
How to rent a home
Once you have chosen the right rental house for you, submit your rental application online. We process applications on a first come, first serve basis, typically within 3 business days.
Once your rental application is approved, you will sign a lease, pay your deposit and first month’s rent. We provide a walkthrough of the empty rental home prior to move-in, condo or apartment, to assure the rental is exactly what you expect based on your virtual or in-person tour.
More than 90% of our tenant deposits are returned in full, thanks to the excellent care taken of our rental homes. To assist in this, we provide each tenant with up to an hour of no cost handyman service, and unlimited $49 service calls to make keeping up with the little things easy. Discounted housekeeping services are also available for all tenants through CDA Housekeeping!
